Shipping cost depends on your localization. Exact cost of shipment is displayed on final step of placing an order. To check it, simply pick country from list.



We execute orders placed up to 2 p.m. every business day. All our products are shipped by UPS. Shipping takes up to 5 business days, depending on destination.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may effect your delivery timeframe from time to time.



You will automatically receive an e-mail including your tracking number, once your order is dispatched. However, if you somehow didn’t receive it, please e-mail us on biuro@promees.pl

Make sure, that there will be someone to pick your order, because your parcel requires a signature on delivery and we cant’t send it to PO Box.


Are there any additional taxes and duties i have to pay?

If you’re ordering to non-EU country, you may be forced to pay some import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for them and, unfortunately, they can’t be refunded by us.

Any doubts concerning custom clearance and eventual duties may be dispelled by your local customs office.

PROMEES exchanges and returns – how does it look like?

We provide fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure. It is very important to us that you happy with your purchase.

Please note that we will not accept worn, washed or damaged merchandise due to improper use. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us.

If possible, please, attach a receipt or its copy.

It’s up to you which carrier will you use, however we recommend to use recorder delivery method.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend you send your return back by registered post and retain proof of postage.


How much time do i have to return?

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange delivered product, counting from a day when you receive it. If you won’t be able to organize return at once, e-mail us on biuro@promees.pl


Who covers a cost of return or exchange?

The shipping cost incurred for retuning item/s to PROMEES for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
