CARE 

All of our PROMEES merchandise should be hand washed in warm water in a mild soap solution. Do not put in washing machine and dryer, do not bleach and do not iron.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping cost depends on your localization. Exact shipping cost is displayed while processing an order.

Absolutely. We ship all over the world!

 

How CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

You will automatically receive an e-mail including your tracking number, once your order is dispatched. However, if you somehow didn’t receive it, please e-mail us on info@promees.pl

Make sure, that there will be someone to pick your order, because your parcel requires a signature on delivery and we cant’t send it to PO Box.

 

WEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

We execute orders placed up to 2 p.m. every business day. All our products are shipped by UPS. Shipping takes up to 5 business days, depending on destination.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may effect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

We will ship new product to you, once we will receive the one you want to exchange. You will be charged for additional delivery cost. It has to be paid to our PayPal account. For confirmation and more details simply email info@promees.com

It is very important to us that you happy with your purchase. All items are exchangeable/refundable within 14 days of your purchase, counting from a day when you receive it. If of any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send your item back to us along with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we will not accept worn, washed or damaged merchandise due to improper use. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us. Tracking number from your shipment is recommended as you are responsible for your shipment until we receive it. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
